Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with prior UAE experience in business setup, corporate services, and immigration support to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate with Corporate Service Managers/Executives to ensure timely and accurate task completion

-Handle company formation, renewals, amendments, liquidation, and de-registration (Mainland, Free Zone & Offshore)

-Process UAE visas (Investor, Employee, Dependent, Property, Renewal & Cancellation)

-Manage bank account opening/closure and related banking services.

Requirements:

-1–3 years of experience in corporate services / business setup / immigration consultancy (UAE)

-Bachelor's Degree

-Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)

Packages Include:

-Salary: AED 4000 to AED 6000 (based on experience)

-Company visa & health insurance

-Annual air ticket (from 2nd year onwards)
