Job Description

Location: Al Jazeera Tower, Doha, Qatar

Salary: Will be discussed to shortlisted candidate

Duration: Long Term

Leave: Yearly Leave

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and daily schedules
  • Handle calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical)
  • Assist with CV formatting and candidate coordination
  • Prepare trackers, reports, and documentation
  • Support in collecting documents, follow up with candidates, coordinate medicals, visas, tickets, and onboarding requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams for smooth deployment
  • Provide general office and admin support as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
