Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and daily schedules
- Handle calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical)
- Assist with CV formatting and candidate coordination
- Prepare trackers, reports, and documentation
- Support in collecting documents, follow up with candidates, coordinate medicals, visas, tickets, and onboarding requirements
- Liaise with internal teams for smooth deployment
- Provide general office and admin support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
