Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily clerical tasks such as organizing files, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies. The role includes handling phone calls and correspondence, greeting visitors, and supporting internal communication across teams. The Administrative Assistant will also provide executive administrative assistance when needed, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports and presentations. The position requires consistent attention to detail, discretion when handling information, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings.

- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, data entry, file organization, and record maintenance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, with a professional and courteous approach to internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendar tools) and strong organizational skills are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
