Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Office Manager
Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. The role plays a key part in coordinating internal activities, supporting management, and maintaining an efficient and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Provide administrative and executive support to management and project teams.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, calendars, and business travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
Act as a point of contact for internal staff, clients, and external partners.
Maintain office records, filing systems, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management.
Support HR and finance functions such as onboarding, attendance records, and invoicing coordination.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
24 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
