Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting administrative operations, coordinating official correspondence, processing government transactions, and managing documents and records.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and follow up on government transactions and licensing.

Coordinate meetings, official communications, and office correspondence.

Organize and maintain company records and document filing.

Interact with government entities, banks, and external stakeholders.

Provide administrative and logistical support to the team.

Requirements:

Previous experience in administrative or government-related tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

UAE driving license.

This is a full-time position based in our office in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi.
