This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Sharjah, with flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including managing communications, scheduling meetings, and providing general support to the team. The role includes assisting executives with administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette abilities
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work effectively in both office and remote settings
  • Proficiency in office management tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with SAP software or community-related activities is an advantage
