Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at the Riyadh location. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining office organization, providing clerical support, and assisting executive staff with administrative duties. The Administrative Assistant will handle phone calls, schedule appointments, manage records, and ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications:
Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Tasks for organizing, scheduling, and maintaining records.
Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to ensure professional and effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency with office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience in an administrative role is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
