Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, organizing documentation, and supporting executives with administrative duties. The role also involves managing incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing excellent support to team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage scheduling, filing, and recordkeeping efficiently.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills essential for a dynamic office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous administrative experience in a corporate setting is preferred.
