Job Purpose:
To support the Administration Lead in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for the contracted security company.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Oversee daily operations of employee transportation buses, ensuring punctuality and safety.
- Liaise with transportation providers to manage routes, schedules, and capacity planning.
- Coordinate with the company drivers for daily assignments, vehicle maintenance, and route planning.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with traffic and safety regulations.
- Maintain logs for vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Manage the Facility, such as (Buffet needs, Offers for giveaways, Office supplies)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 13 years of experience in administrative, office coordination, or similar support roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage external vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
