Sales Support Responsibilities
- Support sales team on sales pipeline: Organize leads, maintain and update the sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer emails and phone calls, handle inquiries, and resolve issues effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Quotation Issuance: Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Correspondence Management: Manage and prioritize all departmental correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Documentation: Maintain and update all departmental files, records, and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing essential administrative assistance and contributing actively to overall team success.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales support role in a trading company is a big plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
