Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Customer Virtual Entry-Level Admin Assistant to support administrative operations and customer service activities in a fully remote environment. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates beginning their professional careers who are eager to develop skills in administration, communication, and customer support. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, professionalism, and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support including data entry, document preparation, record maintenance, and digital file organization.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating virtual appointments.
Maintain and update customer information within CRM systems and internal databases.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and general correspondence as required.
Support order processing, billing inquiries, and basic account management tasks.
Monitor shared inboxes and ensure proper routing of communications.
Conduct basic research and compile information for management review.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times.
Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or coursework in business administration or related field is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
Comfortable using email platforms, video conferencing tools, and online collaboration systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated professional workspace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship, volunteer work, or part-time experience in administrative or customer service roles.
Familiarity with CRM systems or data entry platforms.
Understanding of customer service standards within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.
Ability to work collaboratively within a virtual team environment.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position supporting operations across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region. The role requires strong self-discipline, accountability, and effective communication within a distributed team. Training and onboarding will be provided to ensure successful performance.
