Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Data Entry Coordinator to join our remote operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and processing high volumes of administrative data while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining focus and productivity in a remote work environment.

This position plays a critical role in supporting daily business operations by maintaining clean and reliable data systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure documentation is processed efficiently and records are up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter, verify, and update information in company databases and internal systems

Review documents, applications, and records for completeness and accuracy

Process administrative forms, invoices, contracts, and related documentation

Maintain organized digital filing systems and electronic records

Identify data discrepancies and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate

Generate reports and summaries to support operational needs

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information

Follow established procedures, quality control standards, and processing timelines

Assist with workflow improvements and special administrative projects as needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

13 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or clerical roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems or database management platforms

Familiarity with document processing and workflow software

Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards
