Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Administrative Data Entry Operations Analyst (Remote) to support operational efficiency through accurate data management and structured administrative coordination. As an Administrative Data Entry Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, generating operational reports, supporting workflow tracking, and assisting leadership with administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & System Accuracy

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain operational data across internal platforms

  • Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency

  • Identify discrepancies and coordinate timely corrections

  • Conduct routine data audits and quality assurance checks

  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation


Operations Analysis & Reporting

  • Generate recurring and ad hoc operational reports

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and workflow metrics

  • Compile data summaries for management review

  • Support dashboard updates and reporting accuracy

  • Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement


Administrative & Workflow Coordination

  • Provide administrative support to operations and leadership teams

  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and internal documentation

  • Coordinate virtual meetings and maintain meeting notes

  • Track task completion and follow up on outstanding items

  • Assist with onboarding documentation and internal system updates

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • 13 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations roles

  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or database management systems

  • Familiarity with project management or workflow tracking tools

  • Previous remote work experience
