Job Title: Administrative Data Entry Processing Coordinator

Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and MENA Region

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Data Entry Processing Coordinator to support data management and administrative processing functions across regional operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry, timely processing of documentation, and effective coordination between internal teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates precision, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within company databases, CRM systems, and operational platforms.

Review forms, applications, invoices, and related documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.

Process transactions and administrative records according to company policies and established timelines.

Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.

Maintain organized digital filing systems to ensure proper documentation and record retrieval.

Generate regular reports and summaries to support operational and management needs.

Monitor processing workflows to ensure deadlines and service standards are met.

Ensure compliance with company data protection standards and regional regulations.

Provide administrative coordination support to internal departments as required.

Assist with additional operational tasks assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

One to three years of experience in data entry, administrative coordination, or processing roles preferred.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, or Google Workspace tools.

Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or document management systems is an advantage.

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.

Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting operations within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.

Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality best practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong analytical skills to identify process improvements and data inconsistencies.

Work Environment
