Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Administrative Data Entry Processing Coordinator to join our remote operations team. This role is responsible for managing and processing high-volume data entry tasks while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and capable of maintaining productivity in a structured remote work environment.
You will play a key role in supporting daily business operations by maintaining accurate records, coordinating information flow between departments, and ensuring timely completion of administrative processing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal databases and systems
Review and process administrative documents including forms, applications, invoices, and contracts
Verify information for accuracy and completeness prior to final submission
Identify discrepancies or missing data and resolve or escalate as appropriate
Maintain organized electronic files and documentation
Generate routine reports and provide data summaries to internal teams
Coordinate with operations, finance, and compliance departments to ensure accurate processing
Follow established workflows, policies, and quality control standards
Safeguard confidential and sensitive information
Assist with workflow improvements and special administrative projects
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical processing
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace
