About the Role
We are a growing and vibrant Drama Institute in Dubai, looking for a proactive, organized, and people-friendly Administrative Executive to support our academic and operational activities. This role is central to ensuring smooth coordination between parents, schools, teachers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents, schools, and clients
- Handle enquiries related to classes, schedules, fees, and registrations
- Coordinate class schedules with teachers and track attendance and updates
- Maintain student records, databases, and documentation
- Assist in planning and coordinating workshops, performances, and special events
- Send regular communication via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
- Follow up on payments, confirmations, and registrations
- Support the academic team with day-to-day coordination and logistics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in WhatsApp, email, Google Docs/Sheets (or similar tools)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Prior experience in administration, education, or customer coordination preferred
