Key responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to employees in the office
Assist with documentation, filing, and archiving, including employment records, logistics documents, and correspondence
Support the leadership team with routine administrative tasks and scheduling
Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, records, and office documentation
Coordinate and follow up on correspondence with government entities when required
Maintain a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all administrative activities
What you bring
0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (graduates welcome)
Basic understanding of office administration processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and support multiple stakeholders
Clear written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment
