Role Description The Procurement and Administration Officer is a full-time, on-site role based at Nozha Schools in El Obour. This role is responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of materials required for school operations. The officer will maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory, and ensure compliance with internal policies and budget constraints. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with academic and administrative departments to understand their needs, preparing purchase orders, monitoring vendor performance, and resolving any supply or service issues. The role also supports general administration activities such as facilities coordination, documentation management, and assisting with logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient school environment.

Qualifications
- Experience in procurement and supply chain activities, including vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and purchase order management.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage documentation, records, and inventory in a structured and accurate manner.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
- Basic financial and analytical skills, including budget awareness, cost comparison, and reporting on procurement and administration activities.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets) and familiarity with procurement or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in an educational or institutional environment is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site in El Obour, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to school policies and ethical standards.
