Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Officer to support daily operations in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while working independently in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and team members
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain digital documents and records
  • Assist with data entry, reports, and basic documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
  • Support basic finance or HR-related admin tasks (e.g., invoices, timesheets, onboarding support), if required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable using project management and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team
  • Basic bookkeeping, HR, or CRM experience
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools and digital filing systems
