Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Officer to support daily operations in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while working independently in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally
- Prepare, organize, and maintain digital documents and records
- Assist with data entry, reports, and basic documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
- Support basic finance or HR-related admin tasks (e.g., invoices, timesheets, onboarding support), if required
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Comfortable using project management and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team
- Basic bookkeeping, HR, or CRM experience
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools and digital filing systems
