Job Description

Responsibilities

Follow up on the decoration of the Riyadh office, maintaining good communication with the landlord and decoration company, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the office; assist in daily administrative operations in accordance with Saudi local regulations and company policies, ensuring smooth coordination of administrative tasks.

Manage the company rental apartments, ensure employees receive excellent service and support during their stay; coordinate travel arrangements, visas, and accommodation for management and visiting staff, and maintain related records and documentation.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls; prepare meeting agendas and minutes for the General manager; handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally and efficiently.

Manage fixed assets, office supplies, and low-value consumables; manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed; prepare office supplies for new employees and apply for relevant office software to ensure the smooth operation of the office; cover procurement, registration, and inventory management of IT devices and office assets.

Coordinate and manage company vehicles, including driver scheduling, vehicle maintenance, inspections, and insurance to ensure proper fleet operation; oversee daily office administration, including facility coordination, and vendor management to ensure smooth office operations.

Support HR administration, including on boarding, leave tracking, and record keeping; support employee administrative processes such as onboarding and offboarding arrangements, and assist with internal activities and communications.

Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

1.

Bachelor's degree or above.

Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant work experience are preferred.

Language: Chinese and Arabic can be used as working languages. Fluent English is preferred.

Meticulous and serious in work, proactive, and strong in execution; clear thinking, good organizational and coordination abilities, good communication skills, and affability.
