Job Title:
Office Admin & Human Resources Officer
Job Purpose:
To handle all office administrative and HR activities efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with internal policies and governmental requirements, and providing strong administrative support to management.
Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources (HR):
- Monitor daily attendance, lateness, and absences and prepare related reports.
- Maintain and update employee files (contracts, IDs, visas, documents).
- Handle leave requests, warnings, disciplinary actions, and resignations according to company policy.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and offer follow-ups.
- Follow up on visa, residency, medical insurance, and renewals in coordination with PRO.
- Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, attendance, turnover).
2. Administration (Admin):
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Handle official correspondence (emails, WhatsApp, internal forms).
- Coordinate administrative requests with all departments.
- Ensure office readiness (supplies, services, and general office needs).
- Update and maintain records using Excel and OneDrive as instructed.
- Support management with meeting arrangements and document preparation.
3. Coordination & Support:
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and senior management.
- Ensure tasks and reports are completed on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company data at all times.
Requirements- Preferably Arabic-speaking (Arabic mandatory; English is a plus).
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
