We are looking for an enthusiastic Emirati Administrative staff member to support our teams, streamline office processes, and provides day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations. This role involves supporting multiple teams, managing office documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with general office tasks to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and courier.
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory; coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company activities.
Record Keeping & Documentation
- Maintain employee records, leave applications, and attendance sheets.
- Assist in documentation required for compliance and regulatory purposes.
- Ensure all administrative records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
Support to Teams & Management
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
General Office Support
- Welcome visitors and handle general inquiries professionally.
- Perform routine tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 13 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic HR/admin processes.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
