As an Administrative Data Processing Coordinator, you'll coordinate workflows that involve collecting, organising, and maintaining accurate records. You'll ensure data tasks are completed on time, with consistent formatting and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming data requests and assign/update priorities
- Track daily workloads using shared project boards and trackers
- Ensure data accuracy through routine checks and validation steps
- Maintain SOPs and documentation for recurring processes
- Support meeting scheduling, notes, and action-item tracking
- Produce weekly updates on progress, issues, and improvements
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in admin support, data coordination, or operations
- High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Strong spreadsheet and documentation skills
- Comfortable working across time zones and distributed teams
- Experience with workflow tools (ClickUp/Asana/Jira) and Airtable/CRM platforms
- Basic reporting skills (filters, pivots, conditional formatting)
