Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent, organised, and resourceful Administrator (Emirati National) to join our organisation. Key Responsibilities Office Administration, Documentation Management, and Organisational Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and facilitating internal communications.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage document filing systems (digital and physical), and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and analytical documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information handled.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to facilitate procurement processes and monitor the timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries, delivering prompt and professional customer service.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks, including onboarding documentation, timesheet collection, and expense tracking.

Required Skills Administrative Support, Communication, And Computer Literacy

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office technology, document management and workflow systems.

Qualifications & Experience UAE National, Office Administration, and Organisational Support

  • UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Emirates ID.
  • Prior experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or support role is advantageous but not essential recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
