ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for Reception and Administration work for the Head Office including ensuring that all visitors have positive impression at Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment office and are treated courteously and professionally.

ROLE PROFILE

• Supervising Day-To-Day Operations of The Administrative Department and Staff Members
• Handling all Office Utilities-related invoices and Payment's follow-up as per Finance.
• Treat Visitors to the Office Courteously and Inform the Relevant Staff of Their Arrival Promptly.
• Allocate and Book Meeting Rooms for Employees When Requested.
• Receive and Dispatch the Courier Mail in an Efficient Manner.
• Responsible to Organize and Handle Meetings for Senior Management Accurately and Promptly.
• Responsible to Fill in Travel Forms or any Required Forms for The Senior Management.
• Prepare Purchase Order Forms for Head Office Related to Hotels, Tickets, and General Events.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 Years of Work Experience in Administrative Role or Relevant Field.
• Good, Positive attitude And Excellent People Skills isRequired to Maintain the Productive, Dynamic and Fun-Team Spirit of Our Environment.
• Patient Personality with A Professional and Presentable Character
• Good Organizational Skills, Punctual and Hard-Working.
• Proficient Knowledge of Ms Suite.
• Maintain Excellent Rapport with Third Parties.
