About the Role:
Managing student admissions and registration processes, including admissions policies, academic calendars, course scheduling, registration, and add/drop activities. Coordinated with internal stakeholders on classroom scheduling, handled complex applicant inquiries, supported admissions assessments, and ensured faculty teaching workloads complied with institutional policies.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Executing all activities related to student admissions and registration in accordance with the Organization's approved policies and procedures.
- Developing and implemented policies and procedures governing student admissions and registration.
- Preparing and maintained guidance manuals and informational resources related to student enrollment in the Organization's academic and training programs.
- Processing student admission applications in accordance with the Organization's approved eligibility criteria and admission requirements.
- Developing systems and processes for student placement, assessment, and certification.
- Evaluating applicants against established admission criteria and assessment frameworks, providing recommendations for acceptance or rejection.
- Reviewing and validated faculty teaching workloads and recommended improvements to ensure effective workload distribution.
- Responding to complex inquiries from prospective students through the Organization's approved communication channels, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Monitoring emerging trends and best practices in admissions methodologies and systems to enhance the efficiency of admissions operations.
- Contributing to the management of student records and databases while ensuring the confidentiality and security of student information.
- Maintaining, organizing, and updating student records and documentation in accordance with institutional standards.
- Preparing graduation certificates and official graduation documents for approved graduates.
- Coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to obtain the necessary approvals and signatures for graduation certificates and related documents.
- Collaborating with the Academic Affairs Department to prepare examination schedules and academic/training course timetables.
- Preparing and publishing the Organization's annual academic calendar.
- Coordinating with internal departments to schedule and allocate classrooms based on course requirements, student enrollment, and classroom capacity.
- Managing course registration, add/drop processes, and enrollment activities in accordance with the Organization's policies and procedures.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate student class schedules based on academic program requirements.
- Providing prospective and enrolling students with guidance on registration procedures, tuition and registration fees, and course selection to support graduation requirements.
- Preparing documentation and academic records for prospective graduates, including study plans, student files, and cumulative GPA records, to support graduation verification processes.
- Overseeing the organization and maintenance of student records and supervising the administration of student registration databases while ensuring data privacy and security.
- Performing additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of the role.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 6–8 years of professional experience in admissions and registration within higher education, academic institutions, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the academic or education sector.
