Client Introduction

In this role, you will collaborate closely with one of our esteemed clientsa global leader in their industry, recognized for their commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence. They have partnered with Dautom as their trusted IT consulting provider for upcoming strategic initiatives.

Job Objective

To support the school admissions team by managing student enquiries, coordinating the admission process, and ensuring a smooth experience for parents from enquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle parent enquiries related to school admissions
• Support the full admission cycle from enquiry to enrollment
• Maintain student records in the system
• Coordinate school tours and admission meetings
• Follow up with prospective parents
• Assist in achieving admission targets
• Support cross-sell activities between schools when required
• Maintain accurate documentation of applications
• Work closely with school administration and academic teams
• Provide excellent customer service to parents and students
• Update admission data in CRM / school system
• Support new school launch / campaign activities
• Coordinate with multiple campuses when required

Requirements

• Experience in Admissions / Customer Service / Front Office / School administration preferred
• Good communication skills
• Arabic speaking required for Abu Dhabi role
• Experience in education / school / university admissions preferred
• Ability to handle parents and students professionally
• Basic knowledge of CRM / ERP / MS Office
