Admission/Discharge Staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

. Provide personalized coordinated care, and support for patients and families.

. Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect.

. Implements all options to meet the individual's health needs through communications and available resources to provide the right healthcare, at the right time, in the right setting, and utilizing the right amount of services to ensure the best outcomes.

. Issue In-Patient Billing ensuring accuracy in a timely manner.

. Major role is to do Admissions and Discharges on daily bases using all available resources to provide the right suggestion and proposal to facilitate accurate cost estimate.

. Gather data for the study of TAT for both processes.

. Direct Porters to submit all bills for Auditing on daily bases.

. in Performance Improvement activities QI/PI and establish measurement indicators.

. Take into consideration all the issues relating to In-patient billing department that may cause delay which is affecting the Discharge process and customers invoices.

. Keep close communication with Approval Center and ER to make sure that admission & discharge are in accordance of ASH Policies & Procedures.

. Report all Patient complains to increase patient satisfaction level.

. Ensures confidentiality of all patient records and derived data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

. Experience minimum 2 years experience.

. Good knowledge of oral and written communication

SPECIALIZED SKILLS :

. Skills and computer literate.

. Good in oral and written English Language.

. Good Communication Skills.
