Job Overview
We are seeking proactive, motivated, and results-driven Admission Officers to support student recruitment for higher education and professional certification programs throughout Saudi Arabia. This remote role is ideal for individuals who excel in counseling, communication, and converting enquiries into successful enrollments, all while enjoying flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise prospective students on available degree programs and professional certification courses
- Manage inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM platforms
- Follow up with leads and guide applicants through each step of the admissions process
- Meet and exceed assigned enrollment and conversion targets
- Coordinate with academic and admissions teams to process offer letters and required documentation
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of student interactions and application progress
- Prepare and submit regular performance and pipeline reports
Requirements
- Experience in admissions, student counseling, telesales, or sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Arabic and/or English)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
- Targetoriented mindset with strong selfmotivation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote work tools is an advantage
