Location: Cairo, Nasr City – Egypt

Employment Type: Full-time (Contract + Bonus Based)

About the Job

Windsor University, a U.S.-based higher-education institution headquartered in Washington, D.C., is expanding its Cairo office in Nasr City. We are hiring an Admissions Officer (Social Media & Call Center Experience) to manage student inquiries, convert leads into enrolled students, and maintain daily communication across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email. This full-time position offers flexible working hours, insurance after six months, and annual salary increases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process student applications for Windsor University's hybrid and online programs.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and leads from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Convert leads into enrolled students through professional communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Guide prospective students through admissions, application, and visa steps.
  • Coordinate with the U.S.-based admissions and academic teams.
  • Create and manage social-media content promoting Windsor University's programs.
  • Track engagement metrics and report lead-conversion results.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete administrative updates on time.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to manage social-media messages and inbound calls efficiently.
  • Strong customer-service, sales, and lead-conversion skills.
  • Experience in admissions, marketing, or call-center environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with international or online higher-education systems (a plus).
  • Strong writing, organization, and research skills.

Work Conditions and Benefits

  • Working Hours: 8 hours/day (12 PM – 8 PM or flexible 2 PM – 10 PM).
  • Compensation: Contract-based with performance bonuses.
  • Overtime: Available with additional pay.
