Job Summary
As a Marketing Tech Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of marketing technologies to drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of various platforms. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing customer engagement and improving marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and management of marketing technologies such as Responsys Boxever and Adobe CJI to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee the integration of Oracle Eloqua and Sprinklr to streamline communication and improve customer engagement.
- Provide strategic insights using Microsoft Dynamics and Tealium iQ Tag Management to optimize marketing operations.
- Collaborate with teams to utilize AEM and Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for creating personalized customer experiences.
- Implement Tealium CDP and Qualtrics to gather and analyze customer data for informed decision-making.
- Manage Hubspot and MailChimp platforms to execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Utilize IoT Analytics
- Hadoop for processing large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
- Optimize marketing efforts using Marketo and Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager to improve conversion rates.
- Drive experimentation and personalization strategies with Optimizely and Tealium.
- Analyze web traffic and user behavior using Google Tag Manager Veeva and Adobe Target.
- Leverage Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to track performance metrics and refine marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance and data governance across all platforms to maintain data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing strategies with new product launches in T&H domain.
- Work in a hybrid model ensuring effective communication and collaboration across remote and in-office teams.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in marketing technology platforms including Responsys Boxever and Adobe CJI.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Eloqua Sprinklr and Microsoft Dynamics for effective marketing management.
- Have a strong understanding of Tealium iQ Tag Management and AEM for seamless integration.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Tealium CDP for customer data management.
- Familiarity with Qualtrics Hubspot and MailChimp for executing marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of IoT Analytics
- Hadoop for data processing and analysis.
- Expertise in Marketo Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager and Optimizely for optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager Veeva and Adobe Target for tracking and personalization.
- Strong analytical skills with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics for performance measurement.
- Domain experience in New Product Development-T&H and Products&Serv(T&H) is a plus.
