Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses for patients with various types of cancer
- Design and implement personalized radiation therapy treatment plans using advanced techniques
- Administer radiation treatments effectively while monitoring for side effects and patient responses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical and surgical oncologists, to deliver optimal patient care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options, expected outcomes, and support resources
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations
- Stay current with advancements in radiation oncology and participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements
- M.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Radiation Oncology
- Preferred board certification in Radiation Oncology
- Active medical license to practice in the UAE
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in radiation oncology and advanced cancer care
- Strong proficiency in modern radiation therapy techniques and patient management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
