Role Description
CONCENTRIX is Hiring Now CS for English account
* Salaries start from 14K to 18K + 25% salary Increase
* Kpi's up to 3500K + 10% COLA1700 + overtime and overnight allowance 1200 + training Paid
- English speakers (B2-C1)
- 5 working days - 2 days off
- 9 working hours (1.5 hour break) Rotational shifts and days off
- Grads only
- Medical and social insurance
- Job location 6th of October or Maadi or 5th settlement and Transportation is provided
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong expertise in Customer Experience and the ability to improve client interactions
- Ability to manage and enhance customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 - C1)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service roles or a related field is preferred
