Advertising Account Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advertising Account Manager located in Heliopolis. The Advertising Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing advertising accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. Daily tasks include liaising between clients and creative teams, identifying business opportunities, crafting proposals, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role requires careful attention to detail and a proactive approach to meeting client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Account Management and effectively managing client relationships
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-centric approach
• Strong Communication skills to liaise between clients and internal teams
• Experience in Sales and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities
• Knowledge of Marketing concepts and strategies
• Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and time-management abilities
• Previous experience in advertising or a creative agency is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
