Job Responsibilities:
- Regional Operations & Revenue Management: Oversee operations for specific customer segments in the Middle East region. Take full ownership of revenue targets and ensure high advertiser satisfaction with campaign performance.
- Merchant Acquisition & Adoption: Utilize a comprehensive mix of online and offline channels to engage merchants and drive the penetration rate of advertising solutions.
- Consultative Growth Strategy: Deeply understand the business models and marketing objectives of clients across various industries. Optimize advertising performance to maximize ROI, thereby driving sustained budget growth.
- Client & Sales Support: Manage daily feedback from clients and sales teams, proactively resolving practical issues encountered during the advertising delivery process.
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in client/merchant operations or industry-specific operations within the advertising sector.
- Language & Communication: Professional proficiency in English is required (working language). Must possess excellent cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to navigate diverse business environments.
