Job purpose
Supporting payroll manager, coordinating and controlling all payroll data prepared for allocated clients and ensuring that law requirements are met; addressing and identifying out-of-scope services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports Payroll team
- Performs record keeping and payroll processing activities
- Review client's payroll report/s before submission to client
- Contract review/management
- On-boarding new client
- Ensures complete and on-time submission of deliverables to client
- Ensures implementation of ISAE controls
- Supports client and internal requests
- Creates queries and reports on Payroll data
- Analyses payroll data
- Support Payroll Manager with payroll data required by the management
- Personal utilization of 75% - whereby 75% of hours are aligned to client work and service delivery
Key Requirements
- Degree holder in Accountancy;
- Qualified Accountant in recognized professional body is an advantage;
- At least 5years relevant experience gained from a local firm or multinational company; plus tax experience gained in major international professional firms is an advantage;
- Self-motivated, well-organized, hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility with positive working attitude;
- Excellent Skills in use of Microsoft Excel;
- Knowledge Dynamics AX 2012 is a differential;
- Good command of written and spoken English.
