Required Skills & Expertise
- 8+ years in Digital Marketing, MarTech, or Customer Experience Platforms
- Deep functional expertise in:
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Real-Time CDP
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Strong understanding of:
- Customer data modeling & XDM schema design
- Identity stitching & profile unification
- Audience segmentation & activation strategies
- Omnichannel campaign orchestration
- Hands-on experience with JIRA (user story creation, backlog management, sprint support)
- Strong business consulting mindset with executive stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience in enterprise-scale implementations
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe AEP / CDP / AJO certifications
- Experience in multi-market or global rollouts
- Knowledge of integrations with CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), CMS, and data lakes
- Exposure to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
