Job Description
Core Technical Skills
- Soldering (connectors and wires, through-hole & basic SMD preferred)
- Wiring, crimping, connector assembly (XT60, JST, DF13, etc.)
- Mechanical assembly of drone frames (quadcopter, VTOL, fixed-wing)..
- Fabrication skills: sanding, cutting, drilling, gluing, epoxy work, lightweight composite work
- Experience with assembling motors, ESCs, servos, and power systems
- Ability to follow wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and assembly guides.
Testing & Troubleshooting
- Ability to perform basic electrical measurements (multimeter, continuity tests)
- Identifying wiring mistakes or loose connections
- Basic troubleshooting of mechanical or electrical issues
General Lab Skills
- Organizing tools, components, and inventory
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the lab
