Job Description
- Manufacture and assemble aerospace structural parts and components according to customer and company specifications.
- Perform sheet metal assembly for Class 1 aerostructures in accordance with required standards and specifications.
- Use assembly tooling, jigs, and pneumatic assembly tools effectively, including basic usage and repair.
- Read and work with design models, ERP systems, manufacturing plans, and assembly process specifications.
- Perform inspection and verification of assembled components and ensure quality requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, demonstrating strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and physical fitness.
- Experience with major aerospace OEMs, Lean Manufacturing, and ability to train and mentor team members is preferred.
