As 23MD continues to expand in Dubai, we are seeking an exceptional Aesthetic Nurse Therapist to join our multidisciplinary, doctor-led team.

This is a hands-on clinical role for a nurse with a genuine interest in aesthetics, regenerative medicine, skin health and longevity, combining advanced treatment delivery with excellent clinical care and a highly personalised patient experience.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will work closely with our doctors across both the medical and aesthetic sides of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering advanced face and body treatments using technologies including Secret RF, BTL Exilis, EMFACE, EMSCULPT, microneedling, LED and laser
• Supporting personalised skin, regenerative and longevity treatment programmes
• Assisting doctors with injectable, regenerative and medical procedures, including patient preparation and clinical support
• Providing patient consultation, education, aftercare and follow-up
• Performing clinical photography and maintaining accurate treatment documentation
• Supporting phlebotomy and cannulation where appropriate
• Maintaining exemplary standards of hygiene, infection control, equipment care and DHA-compliant clinical practice
• Building trusted, long-term relationships with patients and supporting appropriate treatment-plan completion and rebooking
• Delivering a seamless, discreet and highly professional patient experience aligned with the 23MD ethos
• Collaborating with the 23MD marketing team on appropriate social media and educational content

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have:

• Valid DHA Registered Nurse licence
• Bachelor of Nursing, minimum 3-year programme
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification nursing experience
• Previous experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery or longevity clinic
• Appropriate laser qualification/certification
• Experience with advanced face and body technologies
• Strong clinical, infection-control and documentation standards
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Excellent presentation and patient-care skills
• The confidence and professionalism to work within a premium, doctor-led medical environment

Experience with BTL technologies, RF microneedling, advanced skin treatments, phlebotomy or cannulation would be highly advantageous.

Experience with our exact technologies is preferred but not essential for an outstanding candidate with strong comparable experience. Manufacturer-specific training can be provided.
