We're hiring an Affiliate & Influencers Manager in Dubai to lead and scale high-impact partnership channels across Landmark Group brands. Job Role:
- Lead the launch, development, and scaling of affiliate and influencer marketing channels across Landmark Group brands and markets.
- Define the overall strategy, operating model, and governance framework for affiliate and influencer programs at a group level.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality partners including affiliates, creators, publishers, and strategic partners.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key partners to drive sustainable and scalable revenue growth.
- Develop commission structures, incentive models, and partnership frameworks aligned with business objectives and profitability targets.
- Ensure brand safety, compliance, and quality control across all partnerships and partner activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Brand, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and MarTech teams) to enable seamless program execution and scalability.
- Oversee tracking, attribution, and performance measurement to ensure accurate reporting and transparency across channels.
- Monitor channel performance (revenue contribution, ROAS, new customer acquisition, incrementality) and continuously optimize strategies.
- Drive incrementality by identifying new partnership opportunities, testing new models, and expanding into new markets and partner types.
- Manage platform relationships (e.g., affiliate networks and influencer platforms) and ensure optimal utilization of tools and capabilities.
- Establish scalable processes for partner onboarding, campaign execution, communication, and payments.
- Lead and develop the affiliate and influencer team to ensure strong execution, operational excellence, and continuous growth.
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging partnership models to continuously evolve the channel.
