Job Description

Position: Affiliate Marketing Team Lead

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Arrangement: Onsite|Standard office hours

Responsibilities :

  • Own and scale our affiliate strategy to drive traffic, leads, FTDs, and revenue.
  • Set up and run affiliate programs (tracking, links, commissions, and promos).
  • Find, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates across SEO, PPC, content, and influencers.
  • Build strong partnerships and be the go-to person for all affiliate needs.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns, offers, and promotions by market.
  • Track performance and continuously improve results (clicks, leads, FTDs, ROI, LTV).
  • Create simple dashboards and share clear insights with the team.
  • Work closely with design and content to deliver high-converting creatives.
  • Collaborate with paid media, SEO, and CRM teams for aligned growth.
  • Ensure all affiliate activities follow brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Streamline processes to keep the program efficient and scalable.
  • Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in affiliate/partner marketing (forex, trading, crypto, or similar high-performance industries).
  • Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and driving FTDs & revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, and Hybrid models, plus tracking basics (postbacks, pixels, UTMs).
  • Solid analytical skills, confident with Excel/Sheets and performance data.
  • Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms (offers, caps, reporting).
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage partner deals effectively.
  • Great communication skills in English and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Good understanding of digital channels (PPC, SEO, social, email).
  • High ownership mindset able to work independently and own results.
