For our office in Benghazia, Lybia, we are looking for an After-Sales Systems & Performance Administrator. To administer, support, and continuously optimize the digital systems, data integrity, and performance monitoring of the After-Sales Department. The role ensures accurate system usage, reliable reporting, and clear visibility of operational performance to support management decision-making. This is a non-technical role with no authority over vehicle repair or warranty decisions. Ultimately assisting wherever needed in the administration department.

Your Key Responsibilities:

After-Sales Systems Administration

  • Administer and support after-sales systems including DMS, workshop management systems, CRM, and reporting platforms
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all after-sales system data
  • Participate in all documentation procedures pertaining to after-sales operations.

Performance Monitoring & KPI Management

  • Maintain and update after-sales performance dashboards
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for management
  • Identify performance trends, deviations, and risks and report findings to the After-Sales Manager

Process & Data Optimization

  • Support the implementation of after-sales SOPs within digital systems
  • Identify system-related inefficiencies and data gaps

Reporting, Audit & Data Control

  • Ensure job cards, labor entries, parts issues, and invoices are accurately recorded in systems
  • Support audit readiness through reliable system records and performance reports

Authority & Boundaries

This role does NOT include authority to:

  • Make technical repair decisions
  • Approve or reject warranty eligibility
  • Instruct or supervise technicians
  • Approve discounts or goodwill
  • Override the workshop foreman or department heads

All technical, warranty, and operational authority remains with the After-Sales Manager, Workshop Foreman, and designated department leads.

KPIs & Performance Metrics

  • Accuracy and timeliness of after-sales performance reports
  • System data accuracy and completeness rate
  • Reliability and clarity of KPI dashboards
  • Reduction in reporting errors and data inconsistencies
  • Effectiveness of performance insights provided to management

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience working with business systems, performance dashboards, or reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • High attention to detail and process discipline
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple departments
  • Professional communication skills in Arabic and English
  • High standards of confidentiality and integrity
