Aftermarket Service Engineer

We are looking for an agile and dynamic profile to join our team as an Aftermarket Service Engineer, role is to create a positive experience and solutions that enrich and facilitate our customers operations. We are a dynamic & fast based environment. We work and enjoy!

The Service engineer responsibility is to implement the field service activities in close partnership with stakeholders and to perform site services fulfilling contract's/warranty's requirements.

Responsibilities: -

• Implement onsite /remote operation maintenance , monitoring, troubleshooting of equipment and run field tests.
• Executes inspection, commissioning & start-up field visits and services activities
• Contributes to the quality management of services contracts (non-conformities, modification monitoring).
• Define the root cause for each claim and organize the support information for reports to be submitted to customers.
• Responsible for the management of the site documentation.

Requirements: -

• From 1-3 years of experience in field maintenance – preferably in a water solutions industry.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Customer focused: You keep the customer front of mind, can nurture and build a positive relationship.
• Flexible: ease with mobile working nature & can manage changing priorities.
• Organized: you set the base and priorities within time frame.
• Communicator can easily build rapport and run an effective & positive dialog.
