About the Client:

A well-established UAE automotive distribution group representing international passenger vehicle, motorcycle, off-road and mobility brands across the UAE and GCC headquartered in Dubai.

Job Description:

• Manage the daily workshop and aftersales operations, including Service Advisors, Technicians, Quality Control, and other workshop staff.
• Make sure vehicles are serviced and repaired on time, with good quality and minimum repeat repairs.
• Manage aftersales targets, workshop productivity, service revenue, costs and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer issues and work closely with Parts, Sales and Management to improve the overall aftersales business.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of automotive aftersales/workshop experience, including supervisory or management experience.
• Strong experience with passenger vehicles in an authorized automotive dealership or distributor, with good knowledge of workshop operations, service, warranty, customer complaints, KPIs, and team management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a valid UAE driving license.
