Aftersales Sales Supervisor - Scania Heavy Trucks

Drive Scania truck sales growth and maintain/increase market share by achieving established sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with Scania's business objectives.

Review, approve, and sign sales offers, contracts, and superstructure agreements in line with company policies.

Lead and manage the full tender process, from preparation and submission through finalization, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance.

Prepare, negotiate, and manage the annual sales budget and ensure achievement of financial targets.

Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to enhance capabilities, performance, and professional growth.

Establish clear KPIs for the sales team and regularly monitor performance against agreed targets.

Foster effective collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Aftersales, and other departments to maximize business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Identify and resolve deal-level challenges, ensuring timely solutions and capturing lessons learned to improve processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, internal controls, and applicable legal requirements.

Promote a collaborative, customer-focused team culture aligned with Scania's values.

Monitor and follow up on Letter of Guarantee (LG) and Letter of Credit (LC) processes to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, customer experience, and overall business performance.

Requirements

• Relevant high education bachelor degree is a must.
• Arabic and English language is a must
• Relevant work experience in sales minimum 5 years
• Knowledge of the heavy truck and bus industry
• People management skills
• General computer skills
• Ability to build and manage key relationships and deliver excellent customer service
