Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Agency Manager based in El Maadi El Gadida. The Agency Manager will oversee and manage agency operations, ensuring the achievement of business goals and the effective delivery of services. This includes developing and nurturing strong relationships with agency partners, driving sales growth and profitability, monitoring performance metrics, and providing guidance to teams to execute business plans. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, team management, and mentoring skills to effectively guide and support agency staff.
  • Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills, particularly in driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity to interpret market trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, complemented by an understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; relevant certifications or licenses in insurance are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in an agency management role or the insurance industry will be considered a strong asset.
