Job Title: Business Development & Sales Specialist
We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Specialist who is proactive, persuasive, and skilled in attracting clients. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of marketing, photography, and advertising campaigns. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales and expand our client base, while understanding marketing and production processes to support effective communication and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a clear plan to attract clients and increase sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Deliver professional business proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitors.
- Apply knowledge of marketing, campaigns, and photography to support sales and coordinate with other departments.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and results achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Good understanding of both digital and traditional marketing fundamentals.
- General knowledge of photography and advertising production processes.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in marketing or production agencies is preferred.
