Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for an entry-level Real Estate Agent. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. You will support buyers, sellers, and renters by providing expert advice, guidance, and assistance throughout transactions. Additionally, you will conduct property tours, negotiate deals, engage with potential leads, and stay updated on market trends to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Real Estate concepts and an eagerness to learn (Real Estate License is a plus)
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent aptitude for Sales with a focus on achieving targets and closing deals
• Understanding of Real Property regulations and an ability to navigate market dynamics
• Effective communication skills and a client-focused mindset
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with a passion for real estate
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
• Knowledge of Cairo's real estate market is beneficial
