Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo for an Agent Resale Property Consultant. The role involves assisting clients in buying and selling properties, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. You will evaluate client needs, provide market insights, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, especially within the resale property segment.

1. Senior Resale Property Consultant

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in Real Estate sales, with a significant and verified focus on the resale market.
  • Market Expertise: Deep understanding of current market trends, property valuation, and resale legal processes.
  • Skills: Superior negotiation, communication, and persuasive skills.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead sales initiatives, achieve high-level targets, and potentially mentor junior colleagues.

2. Resale Property Consultant

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience within the Real Estate industry.
  • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the local property landscape and resale products.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication skills and excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Sales Drive: A relentless drive and enthusiasm to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and efficiently manage client pipelines.
